This online tool will capture all environment configuration and license information. Once collected, it will be presented in a easy to read PDF report.

This is how some of our clients have used our VCS Documentor tool:

• A client's environment needed to be rebuilt after a catastrophic system failure. Using the output documentation from our Configuration Documentor, the rebuilt system was configured with the configuration settings.
• To confirm that a new environment is configured in accordance with the original design. Our clients can then update the document with any changes highlighted for change management purposes.
• When troubleshooting an issue settings are recorded before changes are made. A record of original settings can greatly assist in reducing the time taken during the fault-finding process.
