We can offer an extension to your support agreements with vendors, We can provide quick and immediate responses to your questions via email or telephone calls, we can help diagnose the issues and in the event that a support call needs to be raised with the vendor we will help manage that so your staff do not have their time taken up chasing calls.
We highly recommend a mini health check prior to taking on any support contract to allow us to become familiar with your environment so maximum value is achieved by the support contract. Many customers have also found a visit 1-2 times a year beneficial in running a stable trouble-free environment.
Standard (Pay as you go support)
For technical support on a pay as you go basis call the support line number Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m British Summer Time. A support representative will call you back within 4 hours. The cost for pay-as-you-go callback support is £66 (plus VAT) per hour charged in 15-minute increments. If we fail to contact you within 4 hours Esdebe Consultancy will provide free support for that call.***
Premium Support Plan (Phone Support) - 1 year support contract*
For £300 (plus VAT) per server per annum, you will receive 5 hours of technical phone support. Any additional support will be charged at £55 (plus VAT) per hour. The support line is available Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m British Summer Time. If we fail to contact you back within 4 hours Esdebe Consultancy will provide free support for that call.*** In addition you will receive Email and web based support.
Premium Gold Support Plan (Phone and On-Site support) – 1 year support contract*
For £3000 (plus VAT) to cover 6 servers per annum, you will receive 42 hours of technical phone support, and 2 days of on-site support or health checks**. The support line will be available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. British Summer Time Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. A support representative will respond within 4 hours. Additional servers can be added at a cost of £500 (plus VAT) per server and this price includes a further 7 hours of phone support and for every three additional servers, an additional one day of on-site support or health check. Additional days on-site can be purchased for £550 (plus VAT) per day. If we fail to contact you back within 4 hours, Esdebe Consultancy will provide free support for that call.*** In addition you will receive Email and web based support.
