Remote Managed services

We can provide remote staff to manage the day to day running of your backups. The backups would be monitored for backup success and any faults will be investigated to find the route cause and where this can be resolved remotely it will be, if it requires onsite assistance this can be arranged. We would also be able to deal with any restore requests.
